We offer free shipping on all orders to the 48 contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required. The price you see at checkout is the final price — no hidden shipping fees.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once it ships.
Standard delivery takes 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. Larger items such as dining tables are shipped via freight carrier and may require an additional 2-3 days for transit. Freight deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.
We currently ship to the United States only. We do not offer international shipping, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories at this time.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@farmhousechictables.com or +1 (704) 492-5128 with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Do not discard the original packaging until the claim is resolved.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website. For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
