Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective. For large items, we recommend freight shipping with insurance. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If your table arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required for confirmed damage claims.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order enters processing and may not be cancellable. Contact us immediately at info@farmhousechictables.com if you need to cancel.
