30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your Farmhouse Chic Tables purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original condition — no significant wear, scratches, or modifications
Disassembled and repackaged in the original packaging materials
Free of stains, water damage, or other signs of improper use
Accompanied by all original hardware, instructions, and accessories

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@farmhousechictables.com or +1 (704) 492-5128 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:

Your order number
The reason for the return
Photos of the item (if applicable)

We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective. For large items, we recommend freight shipping with insurance. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your table arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required for confirmed damage claims.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order enters processing and may not be cancellable. Contact us immediately at info@farmhousechictables.com if you need to cancel.
